Retainer Plans

The majority of our clients put us on retainer for a set number of hours per month. This allows us to embed ourselves directly into your operations on a week-to-week basis, and be the “tactical team” taking care of your regularly-scheduled projects.

Single Projects

We get it. Sometimes you just need help temporarily with a big project or two, or need assistance during a busy business cycle. So, we can step in and take care of a single project or two without the commitment of a monthly retainer plan.

Managed Services

There’s some stuff we’re so good at that we’ve turned them into standalone, flat-fee services. Need someone to only manage your social media channels? To only do your monthly e-newsletters? A managed service would be perfect for you.

Time Blocks

Generally reserved for our NONPROFIT clients, time blocks allow you to reserve a block of Rescue Desk time, and we’ll make the most of every minute until the block is gone. No monthly minimums, no expiration date, no worries.
